What about the new California Vehicle Handsfree Cell Phone Law that starts July of 2008?
In order to comply with the new law you must use some type of handsfree device when driving your vehicle except in an emergency. You can either purchase one of those weird looking ear things, or you can bring your car or truck to us at Car Audio Innovations in Roseville and look at various integrated options that will have great sound quality over your speakers, handsfree with a quality microphone and installation. You still need to focus primarily on your drive so that you can be safe and courteous. Pay attention to the road. If you want to use a cell phone in your car, you are now required to be 18 or older and use a handsfree device in your vehicle. Several members of the staff at Car Audio Innovations in Roseville has been installing cellular handsfree devices for over 12 years on all types of vehicles, with many happy customers.
Call or email for more information, or better yet, stop if you can, during business hours and we'll do our very best to show you the options and how they integrate with your vehicle. My favorite setup is a new indash radio (or headunit, as we call them) with CD/DVD, navigation, back up camera and Bluetooth handsfree cellphone, all seamlessly interfaced through the indash 7" touchscreen in your dash. Satellite radio, Ipod integration, there are all types of options.
We stock and install cellular car kits by Raytel and Parrot, with add-on integration by other brands that work with aftermarket radio/cd players that we stock.
