| Here is another nice car; John has this beautiful 1987 Carrera, now with only 20k
miles, immaculate, all options, and he has the original window sticker! It was an absolute
pleasure to work on this car, and John really appreciates the kind of work I do. (Talk
about a Win/Win situation.) He opted for one layout that I recommend, the Sony
XM754HX under the passenger seat, (which even fits under the 6 way power seats!), the
subwoofer enclosure with Kicker Competition 8's, the JL Audio VR525CX 5.25" 2-way
speakers in the doors, (since he didn't have the separate tweeter holes already, we didn't
want to cut the door panels for the "separates" style of speakers. We also
wired in a 1/2 Farad power capacitor, and ran 8 gauge power wire. He already had a
Kenwood head unit, the KDC5009, so I only(!) spent about about 4 hours on the
installation. Man, what a clean looking setup, and the sound is absolutely
audiophile quality sound with the entire musical range well represented and crystal
